These rules apply to EVERYONE:
-Your team may use ANY Pokemon, including Ubers. Only very few Pokemon CANNOT be use here, such being Genesect/Genosect, Meloetta, and Keldeo for they are not released yet.
-You don't have to use Ubers, you may use anything. Using a whole team of Ubers isn't always a good idea.
