These rules apply to EVERYONE:

-Your team may only have UNDER USED (UU) and below tiered Pokemon.

-RU Pokemon and above are banned period.

-You may use any legal moves and all standard clauses are in effect.

-Do not ask for UU/Below Tiered lists, you can find them on the Smogon Forums/Strategy Dex (for 4th Gen only).
